To begin out inquiry ‘Going for Gold’ we have looked at a selection of early photos and paintings from the time of the Otago Gold Rush. Looking closely at the images we have recorded our thoughts about what we think they are about. The two distinguished men are Julius Vogel and Gabriel Read who I am sure we will find out a lot more about as the inquiry progresses.
In panel 3 I think you meant to say Slucing rather than sluing ;)
