While the Year 4 students were doing a test, the year threes buddied up in the middle learning space and used the netbooks to turn their surveys from earlier this week into graphs using Excel.
None of them had used Excel before so it was a big learning experience.
We had a brief session on how to use Excel and watched the clip on the blog. Then they had to do a lot of problem solving and use their co-operative skills to create the graphs and save them in the right place.
We hope that they are informative and that we are able to use the skill we have learned today in other learning areas.
