Coming 4th in Otago... will we come in the top 3?

What a wonderful surprise when I was shown by Billy after school that the number 4 class in Otago in the Mathletics challenge is Room 6 and Rooms 1, 5 and 6 are all in the top 12 Classes!  Great work boys and girls and lets see if we can make it in the top three in Otago :)
So great work and you do not have to go to bed yet!! Keep it up and we will see where we come in the morning.

Casey's Olympic Equestrian Boardgame

I made this game with dad. I had to use power tools and a hand saw to make the board and Lego and pine cones for the decorations. I typed out all the instructions and printed them out on red paper.

Harrington Interview: Torah Bright

Luca and Ben got to have Winter Olympic Gold Medallist Torah Bright over for tea and asked her a few questions.  Luca is on the camera and Ben is asking the questions.  It is great to see how carefully planned questions can produce an entertaining and informative interview.
Great work guys :)

Louis's poem

The chilly air sweeps past me like a ball room dress
I shudder as the wind whistle its hoarse song
The morning breeze coils and recoils its self
My shoes sink into the dewy grass
The cold air burns my lungs as I breath
The birds call their spring song
